Drinktec opened its doors for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic, reuniting the international beverage and liquid food industry for a week of innovation showcasing and networking. Major themes at the show included energy-saving processing machinery, packaging for the circular economy and customized ingredient concepts. A total of 1,002 exhibitors from 55 countries and nearly 50,000 attendees from 169 countries visited the Messe München in Germany for the leading trade fair.
