One of Aasted’s latest creations so appropriately captures Aasted’s mission to provide innovative machine solutions to their clients in the chocolate, bakery, and confectionery industries. Aasted don’t create 130M long cooling tunnels just to brag and say they did. Their longest cooling tunnel ever made, is bound to impress with its high speed cooling and minimal operational supervision.
Want to deposit your mass, bake your product, cool your product and wrap your cookies, all on one automatic line? Handled by only one operator? Think it’s impossible? Think again.
Aasted’s expert engineers have manufactured a machine with unheard of capacities that produces 3 tons cookies/hr. The cookies exit the oven at 130 degrees and are cooled down to 70 degreesC on a belt with cold water. Aasted’s high technology cooling tunnel then cools the cookies from 70 degreesto 17 degreesC on a high speed belt traveling 10m/min for just 13 minutes! This is about half the average machine time, making this machine highly efficient and a highly advanced product. Aasted know what you’re thinking…more output, more customers!
A key difference between an Aasted cooling tunnel and a traditional tunnel is their expert humidity control. As water leaves the cookies and creates humidity in the tunnel, their dehumidifier technology transforms the moisture into dry air so as not to damage the chocolate crystallization in the product, all within 13 minutes!
Can you say you’ve heard of anything like it?
Aasted guarantee this machine is as life-changing as it sounds. Stay ahead of the curve and talk to a sales representative today to acquire a production line worth bragging about!
