LEMO launches Zip-Pak compatible bagger

Germany-based packaging equipment provider LEMO Maschinenbau has launched the CAPmat-Slider, a bag-maker that allows packagers to reduce changeover downtime by up to 25 per cent. The company says that the diversity of bag types that can be produced with CAPmat-Slider makes the new technology ideal for various bakery, frozen food, snack, pet food and household applications.

The company says that the diversity of bag types that can be produced with CAPmat-Slider makes the new technology ideal for various bakery, frozen food, snack, pet food and household applications. CAPmat-Slider’s computerised, user-friendly interface and special conversion modules allow packagers and converters to reduce changeover downtime by up to a quarter when changing between the production of standard side weld bags and other bag formats.
