Ashbury Labelling Boosts Team With New Appointments
The appointments take Ashbury’s team of specification technologist to a total of 11, who will continue to report to the company’s Head of Regulatory Affairs, Lorraine Eve.
3 May 2012 --- Food labelling and regulatory services consultancy Ashbury Labelling has boosted its team with the appointment of three new specification technologists, following significant new business wins.
The appointments take Ashbury’s team of specification technologist to a total of 11, who will continue to report to the company’s Head of Regulatory Affairs, Lorraine Eve.
Sarah Sasin spent two years as a Specification Technologist at Allied Bakeries, working on own label and customer brand products and ensuring legal and retailer compliance. Prior to this, she worked as a New Product Development Technologist at Tulip Ltd, converting kitchen recipes to factory scale and developing new products to customer design briefs.
Janita Patel joins Ashbury having held a number of Specification Technologist and Technical Support Coordinator positions, including roles at Buckingham Foods, Noon Products and Greencore. Whilst working at these companies, she was tasked with completing product specifications and Quality Assurance Systems for major UK retailers, including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Morrisons.
Magdalena Rokosz joins from Millennium Food Services, where she gained seven years’ experience in Quality Assurance, Production Planning and Auditing. She has extensive experience in developing and reviewing HACCP and Quality Systems documentation and ensuring product labelling complies with current legislation.
