APV Complete confectionery plant in Morocco
APV Baker has successfully installed and commissioned a total confectionery cooking and depositing solution from raw ingredients to finished product, to enable Moroccan confectionery maker Aiguebelle - Compagnie Cherifienne de Chocolaterie (CCC) to expand into the hard candy market. Aiguebelle - CCC, based in Casablanca, selected APV Baker to supply equipment for this first investment in sugar/sugar free confectionery after a number of potential suppliers were reviewed.

Aiguebelle - CCC, based in Casablanca, selected APV Baker to supply equipment for this first investment in sugar/sugar free confectionery after a number of potential suppliers were reviewed. Aiguebelle - CCC enjoys a high reputation at home and overseas for its range of high-quality chocolate-based products, and decided to invest in depositing technology to expand its product portfolio. APV Baker was selected because of its experience and proven track record in the supply of over 500 cooking and depositing systems worldwide. The process capabilities of the new generation of Microfilm cookers and range of ServoForm depositors were also key factors. Working in partnership with a packaging equipment supplier, APV Baker engineered a complete, integrated system from raw materials to finished product.
