BILWINCO launches new generation of multihead weighers designed to quantum leap the wet food weighing and packaging process

The new BW128W represents state-of-the-art solutions in hygiene, versatility, capacity, reliability and service friendliness. Using the direct weighing principle, the BW128W gives quick and easy cleaning a brand new meaning. The load cells and activation mechanisms are located outside the weigher body eliminating the need for gaskets. 

The new BW128W represents state-of-the-art solutions in hygiene, versatility, capacity, reliability and service friendliness. Using the direct weighing principle, the BW128W gives quick and easy cleaning a brand new meaning. The load cells and activation mechanisms are located outside the weigher body eliminating the need for gaskets. The components are rated to IP67 – i.e. completely waterproof and able to withstand high-pressure hosing. To make cleaning even easier, the vibratory coil is located inside the body. Vibratory chutes and springs are dismantled as one unit, leaving the "body" bare, ready for high-pressure wash down. The BW128W thus satisfies higher cleaning requirements than any other multihead weigher on the market. A mobile, height adjustable support frame allows you to use the weigher for different packaging lines and packaging machines. Due to its flexible design the BW128W can be used for mix production or for filling into two or more lanes using two outlets. The BW128W is designed to weigh fresh and frozen food products in portions of 50-500 g, at speeds of up to 260 portions per minute, and at unequalled accuracy. The weighing buckets are mounted directly on the load cells with no gaskets to interfere and therefore no disturbance of the weighing signal. BW128W sets new standards in reliability and service-friendliness providing top utilisation rates. IP65 touch screens provide easy operation and for easy service the weigher design provides direct access to the individual parts so that all components can be replaced quickly and easily.
