The striking new package design includes an attention-grabbing red label for Dancing Bull’s Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines.
04/07/08 Following its break-out success as the second best selling premium Zinfandel in the world, Dancing Bull has redesigned its label, establishing an independent identity as the brand that is “serious about wine so you don’t have to be.” The premium California wines continue to garner “best buy” accolades among wine critics and, more importantly loyal consumers, with it’s expanded lineup of wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as its famous Zinfandel.
The striking new package design includes an attention-grabbing red label for Dancing Bull’s Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines. The crisp, clean label for the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay reflects Dancing Bull’s signature white wine style: vibrant and fresh. The new design also unveils a sleek, modern update to the brand’s iconic image of a dancing bull. The result is a package that will inspire confidence among even the most anxiety riddled wine buyer.
“A red label on the red wines and white one for the whites, all anchored by an updated approach to our Dancing Bull, it doesn’t get much easier than that,” explained Patrick Coyle, Director of Marketing for Dancing Bull. “Our customers look to Dancing Bull for high quality, low stress wines that are equally at home on the dinner table or at a backyard barbeque. We hope that our new label clearly communicates that Dancing Bull stands for seriously good wine for not overly serious people.”
Dancing has earned a reputation among wine fans for taking the guess work — and the stress — out of selecting a great bottle of wine. Retail shops nationwide are currently featuring Dancing Bull’s Guide to Wine: The 2008 BBQ Edition, filled with easy-to-follow tips on how to navigate the “wall of wine” at the local bottle shop, how to match wine with BBQ fare and how to host a sizzling 4th of July bash. This booklet is based on the original Guys’ Guide to Wine available at www.guysguidetowine.com; which offered such tips as “Wine with Food You Actually Eat” and “Wine Wisdom Worth Forgetting”.
Dancing Bull continues to challenge conventional thinking about wine by crafting flavorful, affordable wines that are easy to pair with a variety of foods. Dancing Bull has won legions of loyal fans who understand that wine is to be enjoyed — not just swirled and sniffed. “This packaging evolution is just another step towards getting more people to feel confident choosing a bottle in the wine aisle or sharing wine with friends.”
