Design Bridge Develops New Koskenkorva Brand
A unique bottle shape was developed featuring colourways for each different vodka flavour that are distinctive and different from any other vodka brand.
01/12/2007 One of Finland’s best known and best loved spirit brands, Koskenkorva, has been completely redeveloped by Design Bridge, the international branding agency.
The revitalised brand changes Koskenkorva’s proposition, positioning the spirit as a global consumer brand that appeals to ‘home’ markets such as Scandinavia, the Baltic and Czech Republic, but also to potential new markets such as Russia, the UK, the USA and Canada.
Based on comprehensive brand image research carried out across five countries --- Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK and Russia --- Design Bridge’s integrated design solution includes strategic two and three dimensional brand design and branding that has resulted in a radical new premium international vodka brand that is really modern and exciting whilst retaining its heritage cues.
Design Bridge took Koskenkorva’s key equities that are steeped in its agricultural provenance forward - the farmland and eleven barns illustrations together with the unusually long name to appear even more prominent.
