Reducing energy consumption up to 20%, AMF Bakery Systems’ patented Nano-Emmisive technology increases oven capacity and improves uniformity of baked bread and buns.
Once equipped with Emisshield, radiant heat is emitted and re-radiated to the baking bread for more efficient heating. The decreased baking time increases overall production while reducing air emissions.
