Kenco is to get a completely new look this Summer, with the launch of striking and unique 100g and 200g jars.
The brand new look first hit shelves with February’s redesign of the Kenco Pure brand, and Kenco’s Rich, Smooth and Decaffeinated variants will soon benefit from the makeover too.
The new jars have a tall, slimline shape, which is contemporary and feminine, has even stronger shelf stand-out and uses seven per cent less glass in line with Kenco’s ongoing commitment to sustainability. They will also feature the new Kenco logo, bringing an updated and fresher look to the brand while the colours maintain a link with its heritage.
For independent retailers, the new 100g jars will also be available as a limited edition £2 (RRP) price-marked jar.
The whole Kenco brand has a number of exciting plans for 2011, and will benefit from a huge £11 million marketing investment this year including TV.
Sam Greenwood, senior brand manager for Kenco, said: “2011 is a big year for Kenco, which means the brand is likely to be front of mind with consumers when they’re picking up their instant coffee.
“Our new look jars are huge news for the brand, and we think they will help to make Kenco really stand out from its competitors. They look fantastic on shelf, and should help retailers make a real impression in their coffee section – they’re completely different to anything else in the market.”
