Heineken has once again partnered with French football legend Eric Cantona, to promote its entire Kronenbourg 1664 range. New packaging features an image of Cantona along with his signature and the slogan “Iconic, Adored, a Taste Supreme”.

Heineken has once again partnered with French football legend Eric Cantona, to promote its entire Kronenbourg 1664 range. New packaging features an image of Cantona along with his signature and the slogan “Iconic, Adored, a Taste Supreme”.

The company used Cantona’s image on its packaging last year, which it says led to a 25% increase in sales. Toby Lancaster, category and shopper marketing director at Heineken, said: “With Eric’s help, last year’s campaign grew the brand by 25% and we’re expecting to see another strong performance this year.”
