The Agency used a macro shot to communicate the softness of the pastry and let the consumer immediately plunge into it. The logo became wavy and graceful to support the idea of smoothness, while emphasis was put on to the 20 hours of dough leavening. A line of unconventional colours interrupts the institutional blue of Motta, in order to communicate the innovative Christmas offering.
Motta is an historical Italian brand. It was founded in Milan in 1919 and today is one of the most recognized brands of bakery products in the world. In 2009, the Italian company Bauli acquired the brand after more than a decade of ownership by Nestlé.
