Norvita S.r.l. to showcase its wrapping machines at interpack 2011

The Bologna headquartered company NORVITA s.r.l. will be exhibiting its full range of packaging machines at Interpack 2011.

Amongst the machines that NORVITA will be exhibiting at interpack are:

SBM 500 (soft motion) A fully automatic, high end packaging machine. The SBM-500 is exceptionally easy to operate. The main features are the continuous motion, the continuous side-seal and servo controlled drives. The machine is extremely flexible, and represents the ideal solution for wrapping even unstable products. SBM-500 is widely successful in wrapping a score of vegetables.
SIM 500 (intermittent) A fully automatic packaging machine based on the same level of reliability and high quality construction as the SBM-500. The SIM-500 is a consistent, intermittent motion machine with a low noise level. The machine is extremely flexible and easy to use, giving an excellent level of efficiency and a life expectancy represents a great choice amongst other machines in the same sector.
SSE 400 (intermittent) A fully automatic packaging machine based on a compact construction and with a special focus on economy. This is an intermittent motion side-sealer almost at the price level of, but with a much higher degree of flexibility and a wider area of use, the fully auto. The SSE-400 has the same ease of operator access and sealing systems’ reliability which are the benchmarks of our range.
GPM 640 (L-sealer) An automatic L-sealer based on a revolutionary new concept which translates into a very efficient and economic packaging machine. The GPM-640 is the first automatic L-sealer which takes into consideration the fact that it actually will be used by an operator: Just place the product inside the film - the machine does the rest! Experience showed that most automatic L-sealers are used not in-line, but by an operator. NORVITA took note - and removed the separate loading conveyor. The resulting automatic packaging machine is ultra-compact and with an extremely good price-to-capacity ratio. The film is opened and held open for the introduction of the product, by an automatic arm. A motorised discharge conveyor takes the sealed pack away. Size-changes are fast and easy, making the GPM-640 ideal even for short runs e.g. in bakeries
