U.K. Using its advanced printing and converting expertise, Sleever produced striking labels with pin-sharp details and metallized inks, in complicated shapes to maximize shelf impact of the products.

U.K. Using its advanced printing and converting expertise, Sleever produced striking labels with pin-sharp details and metallized inks, in complicated shapes to maximize shelf impact of the products. Fresh Mint and Cool Mint mouthwash comes in 300- and 600-mL bottle sizes. The new sleeve labels for the Venice-style mouthwash bottle had to shrink by up to 62 percent in order to fit properly. The revamped Macleans toothpaste in a 100-mL dispenser for U.K. distribution comes in Fresh Mint with a blue sleeve, Whitening with a silver sleeve, Complete Care with a purple sleeve and Ice Whitening with an aqua blue sleeve. The toothpaste dispensers taper at the cap, so the sleeve had to be able to fit the different configurations. The sleeves are applied by Sleever's Powersleeve® systems on high-speed lines and dovetail to Powerskinner® systems, which are used for infrared shrinking of the sleeve labels. The labels are printed in seven colors.
