Red Bull will be taking the excitement from on the track to on the pack as they announce new multipacks will hit the shelves from March as part of a new Formula One campaign.
The new packs will communicate the launch of the Red Bull Racing Spy App which will give consumers the inside track on the F1 World Champions.
Backed by a £2m marketing campaign including the integration of Red Bull Racing into a new TV Ad, the campaign will focus around the introduction of the App, supported by an in-store campaign to prompt purchase. In addition, Red Bull Racing will be giving wings to consumers with the chance to earn summer internships with the Red Bull Racing Team by competing in an online test at the Red Bull UK website.
The new pack design will feature across all multi-packs for both Red Bull and Red Bull Sugarfree, building on the excitement and awareness of the F1 season. The Spy App will be an eye into Red Bull Racing with exclusive behind the scenes footage, updates on the team and regular race reports whilst helping to show consumers the sort of dedication and hard work that goes into becoming double F1 World Champions.
The packs will also have impactful shelf standout which will no doubt catch the eyes of shoppers and help boost energy drink sales for retailers. The Special Edition Red Bull packs will be available from March until May with various POS materials available for retailers to activate their stores.
The new TV ad will launch on 14 March.
