Tetra Pak and its dairy customer Nestlé Milkpak, have started an in-store merchandising activity to support Nestlé’s recently launched UHT milk brand, High Calcium Low Fat. In this month-long activity, branded weighing machines are being placed in leading outlets of Lahore. As soon as the customer stands on the saddle of the weighing scale, it relates height with the weight and evaluates, if the person is underweight or overweight and a printed slip documenting the same result comes out of the scale.

In this month-long activity, branded weighing machines are being placed in leading outlets of Lahore. As soon as the customer stands on the saddle of the weighing scale, it relates height with the weight and evaluates, if the person is underweight or overweight and a printed slip documenting the same result comes out of the scale. This feature will soon be complemented with a spoken message, such as, “Drink Nestlé’s High Calcium Low Fat milk and stay healthy.” “The objective of this activity is to capitalise on the needs of the health conscious segment of society by creating awareness about value-added milk,” remarks Nestlé’s Brand Manager Aliya Gogi. “We will be monitoring sales in each outlet, before and after this activity and it will also help us in enhancing the product sales in key targeted outlets,” adds Aliya. “Tetra Pak conceived this project called Project Fitness, keeping the brand of our customer in mind,” remarks Tetra Pak’s Retail Manager, Aamir Rizvi. “This is a pilot project and will move forward with more attractive offers to ensure rapid sale of the product,” he adds.
