The new look limited edition Union Jack bag of Starmix, which will be on shelf from March, has been designed to support the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and other key British events over the summer. It will be available in a range of bag sizes from 160g to 250g.
The limited edition bag of Starmix is the first of five new Haribo products and new pack designs that will hit the shelves over the next few months, positioning the brand as the perfect treat to join in the fun during key occasions in 2012.
Katy Clark, marketing manager for Haribo UK said: “Fans of Haribo know and love the brand for its variety of great tasting treats. We also want consumers to know that whatever the occasion there is a bag of Haribo that will be perfect to join in the fun.
“2012 will play host to lots of fun occasions and our new limited edition bag of Starmix will be a great addition to the confectionery aisle, supporting indoor theatre and themed displays that are designed to attract shopper attention and drive impulse sales.
