An established global supplier of kegging, bottling and canning machinery, CoMac offers low outputs with a high level of technology in the new range of beer bottle fillers and beer can fillers, resulting in excellent productivity and efficiency.
Designed to meet the needs of the rapidly expanding craft beer industry in the USA, the can filling-seaming machine can fill 330ml aluminium cans at a speed of 3,500 cph. The first line was created for the Real Ale Brewing company of Texas. The bottle fillers can fill 330ml glass bottles at a speed of 1800 bph.
CoMac’s beer bottle and can fillers have subsequently been installed at major US beer manufacturing companies including Bold Rock Cidery, Virginia, Lakewood Brewing Co, Texas, Yazoo Brewing Co, Tennessee, Ghost River, Tennessee and Mother Earth, North Carolina.
CoMac will be exhibiting their machines at the US Craft Brewers Conference in San Diego, California, USA from 2nd May to 5th May, 2012. CoMac also manufactures high speed bottling and canning lines for the craft/boutique beer market as well as a complete range of kegging equipment:
- For microbreweries: Semi-automatic single head or twin head washing/filling units with integrated CIP tanks
- For medium outputs: Inline five or six head machines
- Fully automatic 1200 kph combination depal – wash – fill – repal keg lines
- Flash pasteurisers with inverter controls, keg tilting machines, weighing units, keg leakage control units, ink jet coding and keg labelling
- CoMac is represented in Oceania by HBM Packaging & Plastics Technologies.
