Bradman Lake SL3000 Intermittent Motion End Load Cartoner

The SL3000 is a fully automatic indexing motion cartoner which is compact in size. When it is combined with an automatic product handling and collating system it can collate and load sachets, pouches or flowraps into multi-pack cartons at speeds up to 60 cartons per minute.

The SL3000 is a fully automatic indexing motion cartoner which is compact in size. When it is combined with an automatic product handling and collating system it can collate and load sachets, pouches or flowraps into multi-pack cartons at speeds up to 60 cartons per minute. It is ideal for cartoning products such as confectionery, dried soups and sauces, rice, cereals and tea. The machine continuously erects end load cartons fed from an inclined magazine. They are then extracted by vacuum cups on the rotary feeder at a signal given by the product as it passes a sensor on the infeed conveyor. The cartons are then erected into the flight chains. The product, which has been automatically placed into the pockets of the product infeed conveyor is then inserted into the open end of the carton by the servo driven product inserter. After filling the carton is closed using hot melt adhesive and it exits the machine with the assistance of powered outfeed belts. The machine continuously erects end load cartons from an inclined magazine. They are then extracted from it by means of vacuum cups on the rotary feeder at a signal given by the product as it passes a sensor on the infeed conveyor. The cartons are then erected into the flight chains. The product, which has been automatically or manually placed into the pockets of the product infeed conveyor is then inserted into the open end of the carton by the servo driven product inserter. After filling the carton is closed using hot melt adhesive and it exits the machine with the assistance of powered outfeed belts.
