PolyOne has expanded its color matching capabilities by synthesizing more than 4 million colors using its OnColor™ Virtual Color Technology (VCT) system. The all-electronic VCT database stores pigments and formulas used for color match requests, enabling experts to scientifically choose the best match for a particular material and application. Users can take their color match straight from the computer to create samples, eliminating the need for or reducing the number of dry shots required. System also addresses performance features such as weatherability and heat stability.
