Custom designed to suit each individual customer's facility, Arrow Scientific offer beverage filling solutions from individual components right through to complete systems for both batch and continuous use.
Batch use beverage filling units are able to be customised to run batch sizes from 1L to 5L, while the continuous beverage filling machines run at typical rates of 0.5L to 2L per minute, depending on the customer's requirements and available utilities.
Safe, simple, scalable and designed with sanitation in mind, beverage filling units from Arrow Scientific are built on castor wheels for easy movement and have no painted surfaces. Parts in these units are also made using a range of materials, these include:
- product contact surfaces = 304 and/or 316 stainless steel
- gasket materials = all USDA approved materials
- pumps = stainless steel and/or FDA approved elastomers (i.e., Tygon, Norprene, Viton, etc.)
- all other frames, guards, and surfaces = 304 and/or 316 stainless steel, aluminum, polycarbonate.
Electrical requirements for Arrow Scientific custom beverage filling machines are generally 208 volt to 230 volt, 60H Hz, and 1 phase.
The heating loads can also be customised with heating units available from 2 KW to 10 KW, while water chilling units are available from half a tonne to 2 tonnes.
