Custom PET bottle

Schmalbach-Lubeca’s (Manchester, MI) 24-oz ErGo-Grip™ hot-fill PET bottle was customized for Hansen Beverage Co.’s Energy Water® line. Four horizontal rib panels in the “grip area” have replaced traditional vacuum panels. Design also features a rounded shoulder for label placement.

Schmalbach-Lubeca’s (Manchester, MI) 24-oz ErGo-Grip™ hot-fill PET bottle was customized for Hansen Beverage Co.’s Energy Water® line. Four horizontal rib panels in the “grip area” have replaced traditional vacuum panels. Design also features a rounded shoulder for label placement. The 2 vertical pillars provide stability and showcase Hansen’s brand name on opposite sides of the bottle. To further enhance its image, Hansen ordered a blue colorant added to the clear PET.
