Owner Edward Cunningham said that the business is very focused on food-service, but that it wanted to build up its retail brand, so took the decision to revamp its packaging.
The new look sees the colour scheme change from yellow to purple, and a redesigned logo. He said the firm, which supplies coffee shops, independent shops and National Trust outlets is also looking to increase its distribution in northern England.
Its new Christmas line includes mini Santa cakes, an un-iced fruit cake, and Christmas pudding.
