DUO PLAST presents new stretch film innovation that is used for securing loads in food industry. DUO FOOD CONTACT is specifically developed for direct food contact and certified by a well-respected testing laboratory.
Probably as first film manufacturer in Europe, DUO PLAST has received a food regulatory conformity for a stretch film according to EU Regulation 10/2011. "Our DUO FOOD CONTACT is ideally suited for direct contact with food and can be used as primary packaging for food of all kinds," says CEO Norbert Jäger MBA.
Film corresponds to the latest regulations
A well-respected testing laboratory confirmed the blown film manufacturer that the required sensitive migration limits are met in contact with food. The stretch film corresponds to the latest provisions of EU Regulation No. 10/2011. In addition, DUO PLAST produces the film under strictest hygiene rules within the global standard BRC / IoP. The compliance with the new EU regulation in connection with a production according to BRC / IoP is so far unique in Europe.
