Exopack sells Newmarket film business to Dynamic Solutions Unlimited

06/06/08 Dynamic Solutions Unlimited, LLC announces the purchase of Exopack Holding Corp.’s (Exopack) film business in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. For more than 50 years, Newmarket has been supplying high quality single and multi-layer polyethylene films to customers involved in package converting operations, form-fill-seal applications and shrink bundling.
With the recent acquisition of its Whitby, Ontario, Canada performance films production facility from DuPont LiquiBox, Exopack made the decision to sell its Newmarket business. This decision came after careful analysis of product mix and fit with the rest of the organization.

Rosie Jaipaul, owner of Dynamic Solutions is a 20 year veteran in the packaging industry with experience in materials, structures, applications and product development for both printed and unprinted products.
The company, certified by the Minority Supplier Diversity Council as an accredited MBE, has been looking to expand. The Newmarket film business was identified as an ideal fit for their needs.
