Hormel Honors Crown for Superior Product Quality and Service
CROWN Food Packaging North America, a business unit of Crown Holdings, Inc. has received its eighth ‘Spirit of Excellence' award from Hormel Foods Corporation.
Crown supplies Hormel Foods with a variety of cans and ends, including the distinctive rectangular-shaped packages for the SPAM® family of products.

Suppliers can qualify for the award by meeting or exceeding specific requirements established by the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) committee of Hormel Foods. Eligible companies are then judged according to various performance criteria, including deliveries, administrative support, product quality, customer service and plant quality audits.

Crown services Hormel from its facilities in Omaha, Nebraska, Hanover, Pennsylvania, and Concord, Ontario.
