India goes aseptic in PET with GEA Procomac
Gujarat Co-op Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (GCMMF) - the biggest milk producer in India - chose GEA Procomac to supply its first aseptic PET bottle filling line for the milk-based drink brand, Amul, acknowledging GEA Procomac as the most reliable global supplier for production and bottling technology.
Gujarat Co-op Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (GCMMF) - the biggest milk producer in India - chose GEA Procomac to supply its first aseptic PET bottle filling line for the milk-based drink brand, Amul, acknowledging GEA Procomac as the most reliable global supplier for production and bottling technology.
The scope of supply includes the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of an ECOSpin bloc for Low Acid products that can produce 30,000 x 200 ml bottles per hour. The line is the first ever aseptic filling line in India for milk products in PET bottles.
