Matthews offers its Jet-a-Mark DOD 8400 ink-jet printer, capable of printing one to five lines of small or large characters at speeds to 780#/min. Printer uses the company#s drop-on-demand technology, which reduces the cost of consumables compared to high-resolution ink-jet printers, and is ruggedly constructed to mark reliably when exposed to vibration and dust, company says.
