Kitchen Table Bakers, makers of the original gourmet 100% Aged Parmesan cheese crisps, will debut its updated product packaging at the 2016 Summer Fancy Food. The new packaging comes on the heels of a product update, facility expansion, and wider distribution opportunities, further supporting the KTB customer and reflecting continued brand growth and success.
Earlier this year, the brand announced the refresh of its Mindful Munching line of ParmCrisps with the use of all natural rBST hormone-free vegetarian Parmesan cheese. The change not only made ParmCrisps the safest, most humane cheese crisps on the market, but it also yielded an improved flavor profile.
Now, attendees at this year’s show will get the first look at the new ParmCrisp packaging. Offering full transparency, the new design clearly outlines everything that’s in the crisps - all natural Parmesan cheese flavored with all natural spices and seeds – along with everything that’s not – preservatives, artificial colors and bulk enhancers.
“More and more, consumers are paying closer attention to nutrition labels and ingredients in their favorite foods, so we wanted to create a design that reflects that,” said Kitchen Table Bakers’ President Barry Novick.
“Our packaging outlines exactly what’s in our crisps and how we bake them, so consumers can know after a quick glance that this is a naturally healthy product they can enjoy safely.”
ParmCrisps are always handmade in small batches and carefully slow oven-baked to create the unique flavor profile that only oven baking provides. The crisps are naturally sugar, wheat, gluten and trans fat free, and available in nine flavor varieties including Sesame Parmesan, Basil Pesto, Jalapeno Parmesan and Rosemary Parmesan.
