Landor was appointed on the basis of its seven-year relationship with PepsiCo UK , where Landor has worked on other major brand launches such as Walkers Sensations.
For consumers looking for a sandwich accompaniment at lunchtime, a mid-afternoon munch or a savoury snack in the evening, Seasons are the ideal tasty solution. They're made from potato, rice and maize , baked not fried, contain no artificial colours, are made with sunflower oil to contain less than 10% fat and are low in saturated fat, meaning a lighter bite without compromising on taste. The packaging supports Seasons' "uncompromisingly tasty" positioning.
Luxurious black acts as a core colour for the range, giving it category busting stand-out on shelf. This uncompromising colour is combined with softer, natural variant colours and unique category ingredients' photography to give the range a real 'foody' quality, and stands in stark contrast to its competitors. By using the Quaker logo, the parent brand endorses quality and healthy cues for the new brand. An organic 'pebble' shape and seasonings icon serves as Seasons' own brand identity. Seasons will be available in three delicious flavours: Cheese, Onion & Chives - a take on the popular classic, with a hint of chives; Salt & Cracked Black Pepper - a no nonsense favourite, with coarsely ground black peppercorns; and Caribbean Chicken - a rich flavour, with sweet mango and a subtle blend of spices. These new, "uncompromisingly tasty" snacks will be available in 28g packs for 39p, 120g packs for £1.19 and great value four packs for £1.19.
