Diagraph introduces its re-engineered IV/700 large character ink-jet printer. The new machine has extra benefits including increased reliability, higher durability, and significant ink savings. The patented integrated valve technology uses a unique membrane to precisely control ink flow and powerful solenoids to deliver perfectly formed ink drops, company says. Printer can print 1-line alphanumeric messages up to 50 characters long, in heights ranging from 3/8” to ½” tall, at production line speeds from 5 to 250 fpm.
