Germany-based packaging equipment provider LEMO Maschinenbau has launched the CAPmat-Slider, a bag-maker that allows packagers to reduce changeover downtime by up to 25 per cent. The company says that the diversity of bag types that can be produced with CAPmat-Slider makes the new technology ideal for various bakery, frozen food, snack, pet food and household applications.
