A single-track configuration makes it an ideal system for integration into an array of food packaging lines ranging from meat, ready meals to a variety of vegetables and salads. All Multivac traysealing systems are easy to maintain and meet strict food sanitation standards. The T350 traysealer is equipped with an in-feed conveyor, tray transfer system, sealing die and integrated cutting unit. The infeed can also be extended to include an automatic denester. Trays can be loaded manually or automatically on the infeed conveyor to facilitate continuous product flow into and out of the machine for optimal efficiency. The machine comes with a microprocessor control unit that stores different settings and precisely implements temperatures, process times and operations. The tooling of the T350 has been designed to provide quick and simple changeovers to allow processors the advantage of a wide variety of tray sizes, materials, colors, and shapes to differentiate their product.
