New Look For Seriously Cheddar
Lactalis McLelland is refreshing its Seriously Cheddar brand and updating the packaging across its Seriously Strong and Seriously Creamy ranges. Launching this month, a new Seriously logo will appear on the packs, alongside bold descriptions to help shoppers differentiate between the two ranges, while a re-sealable velcro strip has been added to help keep the cheese fresh.

Launching this month, a new Seriously logo will appear on the packs, alongside bold descriptions to help shoppers differentiate between the two ranges, while a re-sealable velcro strip has been added to help keep the cheese fresh. A new “Seriously Creamy Medium Cheddar” product will also be unveiled, together with a new TV campaign and digital marketing activity for the brand re-launch.
Lactalis McLelland sales director Mike Chatters said: “The re-launch of the seriously brand is good news all round. “Retailers will appreciate being able to offer shoppers a high quality branded mild/medium cheddar with a British provenance story. “From a brand perspective, it means we can play across the breadth of the category. The cheddar category itself will benefit from brand sales growth in the mild/medium maturity segment.
“And for consumers, there is a triple whammy of improved shop-ability, broader family appeal and overcoming maturity confusion with two unique product recipes.”
