A modular cell, the unit is designed to handle packaging applications that require a low cost, high functionality and quick delivery, the co. reports. Pre-engineered modules are integrated with the robot to achieve the desired functionality and packaging throughput. Standard components include a high-speed, six-axis robot, an NX100 controller and menu-driven application software, an integrated gripper package, a divider rack, a powered conveyor, an operator interface and a safety environment. A variety of other robots are available, depending upon payload and reach requirements, and each robot offers reconfigurable grippers.
