Novembal Announces Acquisition of Crealise Conditionnement Inc.
The acquisition will enable Novembal to deploy its strategy of increasing its range of products.
Sep 1 2010 --- Novembal has acquired the Canadian company Crealise Conditionnement Incorporated, with 60 employees, as of the 2nd of August.
Crealise is a leading manufacturer of injected plastic closures and is a market leader in innovative, high quality plastic closures for 11 and 18 litre bottles for the Home and Office Delivery market in North America.
The acquisition will enable Novembal to deploy its strategy of increasing its range of products.
Crealise Conditionnement will be renamed Novembal Canada Inc.
