The Propulsion Technologies Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Eric Luttio, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the patented Ron Green multi-valve delivery system. This acquisition represents years in the making, and will contribute to the development of products never before available as a direct result of this technology. The newly acquired PTI system offers a previously unattainable solution, the first of its kind, to succeed at combining multiple ingredients at the time of delivery while precisely mixing them at the point of application. We anticipate the emergence of this system in virtually every sector of the aerosol industry. This new innovation will provide significant scientific breakthroughs in product development that spans from safer traditional aerosol enhancements to new exothermal products that were previously nonviable.

Among the company's numerous acquisitions, Mr. Luttio reveals his quest for Top-Tier personnel to begin the task of moving beyond the research and development stage. Mr. Luttio, himself, is widely known for his corporate developments in the telecom and biotechnology industries. Recently, the company added Jean-Francoise Heitz as its Head Financial Advisor. Mr. Heitz joins the organization with 15 years experience as the former Treasurer for the Microsoft Corporation. In addition, Mr. Luttio would like to formally announce the participation of Thomas Hiles to the PTI advisory board. Mr. Hiles, a Fortune 25 CEO, will bring substantial corporate finance and business management experience to the organization.
