Shuttle Car automatically transfers full pallet loads from multiple-unit load build stations to a specific destination without operator interaction. Powered cart and conveyor travel along floor-mounted guide rail, transferring full pallet loads at speeds to 40’/min. Said to provide consistent, stable, and durable material transfer, Shuttle Car accommodates weights to 5,000 lb. Features PLC-integrated controls and several available conveyor options, including belt-over-roller, drag chain, or chain-driven live-roller conveyor.
