06/12/2007 The first is a transparent APET tray to be used for on-the-go salads with three different dips and toppings, while the second is a bordeaux coloured PP tray, designed for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern foods like chicken and bulgur which can be eaten cold or heated in a microwave. ‘Local Kitchen’ speciality dishes from home and abroad continue to grow and we can feel this trend on our present product developments among others sushi trays, Greek crustades trays, and Italian antipasti trays.

The striking black tray has four compartments – a large one for the sushi and three small ones for wasabi, ginger and a ‘soya fish’. The HIPS tray features waved ribs at the base to lift the sushi, and has an APET clear anti-fog treated lid. Branding is achieved through embossing on the tray and the lid.
