Plasticum Markets a New Valve Closure
The valve version is fitted with the MaxiDose technology, a patented valve technique developed by Plasticum.
1/21/2011 --- Plasticum’s valve closure range is again extended with a new closure. This one-piece flip-top closure is suitable for PET and glass bottles with a snap-on neck finish of 29/21. Beside the valve version, four other orifices are offered to pour all kinds of food applications. Every version guarantees an easy and controlled dispensing.
The MaxiDose Food 29/21 has a snap-on application and an outer tamper evident function. This tear-off strip proves first use and can be easily removed. After removal of this security, the cap can be conveniently opened and closed with just one hand. Thanks to the PP material, a high gloss surface finish can be obtained. This gives the closure an appealing and distinctive look.
The valve version is fitted with the MaxiDose technology, a patented valve technique developed by Plasticum. The valve ensures a clean and controlled dispensing of the quantity that the consumer actually wants. Beside the valve option, Plasticum also offers a range of non valve orifices, such as 6 mm, 10 mm, 18 mm and 18 mm with flow blades. For many condiments and viscosities the right dispensing solution can be found.
Several European food producers already adopted this multifunctional closure to dispense their sauces and syrups. These products have been launched in the supermarkets recently.
