ProSweets 2015 – Meet Aasted there!

SuperNova Energy - Tempering Machine
A green solution that will revolutionize your production. This patented tempering machine ensures the highest possible chocolate quality with higher gloss, crispier snap, longer shelf life, and a reduction of up to 50-80% in total energy consumption. The capacity ranges from 200 kg/h up to 12.000 kg/h, and Aasted will be present with the SuperNova Energy 450 kg/h at their stand.
The Alice™ Series - High Quality Extruder and Depositor
The Alice is a highly flexible extruder and depositor for confectionery and bakery industries, and is available in 400 up to 1.500 mm. The Alice™ extruders and depositors for bakery and confectionery products are well recognized for their outstanding and gentle handling of dough, caramel and inclusions. It combines Aasted’s patented FlexBooster™ and CamRotor™ systems in a unique design ensuring simple maintenance and cleaning. The Alice™ 400 with triple head configuration & Alice™ Compact 1000 will be available at the Aasted stand.
Nielsen Junior Enrober
The Junior enrober is a versatile enrober for medium-sized production using tempered or non-tempered chocolate. The enrober is available in various belt widths and suitable for all enrobing applications, such as full enrobing, bottoming and a combination of bottoming and side enrobing. The 620mm edition will be available at the Aasted stand.
Nielsen Cooling Tunnel
With optimal lengths and standard belt widths from 220 up to 1.500 mm, the Nielsen cooling tunnels are designed with high-performance precision cooling of a wide range of chocolate-coated and crème products with varying cooling requirements. The standard version and Aasted’s Sanitary Design version will be available at the Aasted stand.
Bertha™ - The Modern Stencil Depositor
Bertha™ is the state-of-the-art rotating stencil depositor for forming of various types of meringue masses, sponge dough, butter dough, chocolate and many more. It is offering simple and reliable forming process based on a rotating stencil drum. The depositor working width ranges from 400 up to 1.500 mm and it is capable of a fast changeover of drum with the pneumatic release. Come say hello to Bertha™ at stand #F011 in hall 10.01.

The machine is offering simple yet very reliable forming process based on a rotating stencil drum. The special c-frame design allows both fast service and cleaning of the machine. Bertha™ has a servo driven main drive for accurate synchronization unto the oven conveyor with maximum flexibility.
