A tool to differentiate The Sensory Straw, targeting kids, can be added to Tetra Brik Aseptic 200 S, 200 M, 250 B or 355 B packages and is an ideal proposal to make to customers who want to differentiate their portion packages by creating a bit of a stir. It’s unique in that the straw has four tiny holes punched around the end of it. “These holes deliver a surprising burst of flavour with every sip and kids simply love it,” confirms Niclas Ekström, Commercialisation Manager, Value Segment, Tetra Pak Carton Ambient. In particular the straw is well-liked by kids especially in the 8 – 14 age group where, according to research, as many as 72% preferred the sensory straw to a traditional drinking one. New colours And to make the product offering even more appealing to customers and consumers alike, the Sensory Straw, previously only available in white, can now be ordered in a total of 12 colours: white, white with green stripes, white with blue stripes, white with red stripes, black, brown, orange, green, yellow, blue, red and deep pink.
