Dec 20 2011 --- Dedicated to the ultra-clean filling of refrigerated liquid foods, the H2F (Highly Hygienic Filler) integrates cap decontamination using Pulsed Light technology which has the advantage of being dry and environmentally friendly. This modular machine is designed with a container pitch of 94 mm, which is ideally suited to the filling of small containers and bottles that are transferred by the neck. Their applications are numerous: drinking yoghurt, pasteurized milk, fresh fruit juices, sauces, fresh soups…
The H2F is inspired by aseptic filling technology. It incorporates the latest developments and good practices in hygienic packaging of liquid foods.
A reduced filling area, scales positioned by the neck of the container, a new EHEDG sensor design and neck-support transfer starwheels, optimized cleaning and reduced water consumption. The mechanical and electronic parts outside the filling area are easily accessible.
The H2F allows speeds of 38,000 bottles per hour of 100 ml and 25,000 bottles per hour of 1 litre.
A compact bloc design is available, which includes a stretch-blower for PET bottles for speeds up to 9,000 bottles per hour of 1 litre . 2 H2F bloc machines have just been delivered to Russia and Portugal.
