Taboo Hits Shelves With New Look
21 Mar 2013 --- First Drinks has announced a packaging revamp for its vodka fusion brand, Taboo. The pineapple and tropical juices and peach and tropical juices variants have launched with a new contemporary look including a sleek new bottle shape and label. Bolder statements highlighting the flavour of the drinks and improved visibility of the vodka in the product are also now featured.
Alongside the pack refresh, Taboo has also developed a new serve strategy pushing simple serves, such as Peach Crush and Green Taboo.
Paul Curry, brand manager for Taboo, commented: “Taboo remains a popular drink due to its simple versatility. The liquid has not changed and consumers can still enjoy the brand on its own, over ice or with a mixer such as lemonade. For the more adventurous, we have also developed a new range of serves, which will provide existing drinkers with different ways to enjoy Taboo as well as driving trial and boosting the brand’s profile.
“We are always keen to recruit new drinkers to the brand and the RTD category and with the summer months ahead, it’s a good time to launch the new-look Taboo with its stand-out packaging.”
The new Taboo packaging is available in Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Spar and Nisa with £9.99 RRP.
