Tanis Food Tec’s newly designed bakery filling lines have a compact footprint of approximately 27 sq ft. This is achieved by integrating the aeration mixing head in the RotoTemp scraped-surface heat exchanger and fitting these together with five water systems into one machine.
Tanis Food Tec’s newly designed bakery filling lines have a compact footprint of approximately 27 sq ft. This is achieved by integrating the aeration mixing head in the RotoTemp scraped-surface heat exchanger and fitting these together with five water systems into one machine.
The premixer and buffer tank are on a separate frame. The filling machine is especially suited to cremes for sandwich cookies and wafers as well as general icings.
