Vosene Kids, the children’s range of hair care & body care products, has unveiled its first major packaging revamp across its entire product portfolio.
Vosene Kids, the children’s range of hair care & body care products, has unveiled its first major packaging revamp across its entire product portfolio. The move to unify the range comes following extensive qualitative and quantitative consumer research into the challenges faced by consumers when shopping for hair and body care products. The redesign will look to more clearly communicate product messaging and benefits, with the introduction of sub ranges including Squeaky Clean, Fruity Goodness 2-in-1 and Gentle to Skin to strengthen positioning and help shoppers better identify those products which best suit their family’s needs.
Rolling out across the trade from next month, the revamped range features a consistent look and feel to increase brand visibility, with a more ‘grown up’ pack design appealing to parents and children alike. Featuring a refreshed cast of fruit-themed characters, the new packaging aims to fuel young imaginations whilst communicating the specific benefits of each product’s respective key ingredient. The updated look and feel of the products aims to be clear and impactful, and will also be reflected across a new website, point of sale and promotional materials.
Morgane Salin, marketing manager at Vosene Kids, explains: “The in-depth research we conducted really shaped our redesign; with an aspiration that our new packaging and clearly defined sub ranges will help busy parents to more easily identify the perfect products for their little ones come bath time. Borne from a desire to continue building a brand which parents know and trust, we hope our new simplified look will make shopping for children’s personal care products that little bit easier for mum.”
The new packaging will roll out from early August and will be fully available in selected Boots, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, Asda and Tesco stores by January 2016.
