Wildcard Brewing Co is proud to announce the release of two new canned beer packages, beginning mid-April. Wildcard currently offers their North State IPA in six-pack of 12oz cans year-round and will soon be offering the Throwback Pilsner year-round in 12oz cans as well. The Throwback Pilsner is a traditional Bohemian style Lager. This beer is not dry hopped to allow the pilsner yeast and malt characters to really shine. The Pilsner is brewed with 100 % German malts and added Saaz hops during the boil to give this lager an earthy aroma. At 5.4% ABV it is a crisp and refreshing option as enter into summer.
In addition, Wildcard will introduce a canned 16oz four-pack of rotating, limited release ales with the initial debut of the All in Double IPA. Additional beers planned for release under this line during the year include: Ruby Red Grapefruit IPA, Go for Broke Double IPA, Irons in the Fire IPA, From the Grounds up Coffee Porter, and Reason for the Season Coffee Cream Stout. The addition of more can packages signals the end of Wildcard’s 22oz bottled packaging, as they move away from bottles and go all in on cans. Wildcard’s packaged beers are available in Northern California with plans to expand into Southern Oregon within 6-months.
