The case is decorated with metal studs and with a metal plaque with engraved the Alpinestars by Denise Focil logo.
New Designer Packaging
A spokesperson from Amarone Bottega said: “When the Italian taste meets the Californian creativity, the result is a unique product that is considered to be the Louis Vuitton of wine bottles: classic and elegant, Amarone Bottega, Il vino Pret-porter is the “ultimate Hostess Gift”.”
The leather case and label are Denise’s signature touch, since her specialty is leather as she has been creating leather jackets for the Hollywood stars for over a decade.
Amarone of Valpolicella is one of the leading wines of Italy’s production and Amarone is a red wine created from a mixture of different vines, the signature being Veronese Corvina, of which 40 to 70 % is present in the wine.
The Rondinella grapes (20 to 40 per cent) and the Molinara grapes (5 to 25 per cent) are also essential to the taste of this wine.
Amarone is a full bodied wine, grade 17,5° and is suggested as a companion of autumn and winter foods such as braised meat, stews, casseroles and roasts.
Denise Focil, explaining the idea behind the design of the Amarone Bottega Il vino Pret-a-porter’s packaging, said: “I wanted to create a luxurious experience, starting from the packaging down to drinking this rich, supple wine! And what could be more chic than timeless, elegant white leather?”
This limited edition wine will be available through selective distribution.
