Amcor Contributes to a Brand New Look for Tickler Cheese

5 May 2010 --- The features of the new packaging once again confirm Amcor’s constant commitment to packaging innovation. The non-woven laminate offers much improved aesthetics and the best efficiencies we have seen to date on a paper based laminate which has helped to reduce production running costs.
The new paper feels far superior to the more common grades. The pack has a soft and natural feel due to the fibres in the paper not being so tightly woven. The gloss effect is currently achieved by use of a transparent label and we are further investigating the possibility of direct printing gloss. The overall result is a pack which will stand on the shelf and appeal to the consumer.
“We have developed a very constructive relationship with Amcor based on the fact that both of our companies continuously strive for innovative packaging solutions and are committed to producing high-quality, value added and cost effective products which meet the needs of both our customers and consumers. The new Tickler cheese packaging design is a good example of our joint efforts.” explains Matthew Richards, Head of Innovation at Milk Link.
