Bags can be collated in either back-to-back or shingled methods, and they#re located in a buffer station. An upstream bag-conditioning system tightly collates the bags inside the case and a back-seal control complements the operation, offering security for detecting and rejecting open vertical seals. A pull-nose conveyor takes care of the exact positioning of the bags, regardless of weight or length. After the buffer station, the bags are placed into the case through a double-gate opening. Features include turning belts and automatic size adjustment, and it can be integrated with one of the co.#s baggers. Infeed and discharge directions can be customized, and the unit is accessible from all sides.
